Setting label defaults allows you to control where your family data will go with the upgrade matching your desktop phone and email with MySchoolAnywhere. It also allows you to quickly move through your data and only have to match up those that differ from the norm.
Let's take an example: The typical school has dad as the first parent and mom as the second. However, they have home in phone 1, mom's phone in phone 2 and dad's phone in phone 3. As you can see, we need to switch the phone 2 and 3. To do that you would set your defaults shown below.
Set your defaults to most closely match the way your current data is input. This allows you to easily go through your data and make changes only to those that differ as opposed to having to match everything.
